1. Abstract

Service agreement

Byterover provides a Software-as-a-Service solution under the terms outlined in this agreement. This may include, where applicable, additional functionalities and features as part of the service offering.

Terms overview

These terms cover subscription use, client responsibilities, ownership and usage rights, data processing, billing, and termination.

2. Byterover SaaS Terms and Conditions

Byterover provides tools and solutions tailored for software development teams, offering features, functionalities, and services detailed on the official website at the time of subscription. The solution is intended solely for use within the Client’s development operations and must adhere to the agreed number of users specified in the subscription plan. Byterover may temporarily restrict access if there is a suspected or confirmed breach of this Agreement, or another valid reason that warrants restriction. Byterover will notify the Client and reinstate access once the issue is resolved. Repeated breaches may result in permanent access suspension and termination without prior notice. Byterover may introduce updates, modifications, or new developments at any time to address legal, technical, or other advancements and keep the solution effective.

3. Byterover Subscription Terms and Billing

Subscription fees are based on the pricing listed at the time of subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis in advance or arrears, depending on the chosen plan. Clients must provide accurate billing information and a valid payment method, and Byterover is authorized to charge all fees to that method. If automatic billing fails, an electronic invoice will require manual payment within fourteen days. Byterover may adjust fees with one month’s written notice. Free trials end at the close of the trial period unless canceled or renewed, and Byterover may modify or cancel free trial offers for future subscriptions.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring Client Data added to the solution is accurate and complete, verifying the solution’s suitability for their needs, configuring and safeguarding the solution to comply with applicable laws, securing all rights and consents needed for Byterover to process Client Data, and protecting access credentials from unauthorized use.
